Size/Colour Exchange & Returns

All returns/exchange can only be made for regular priced purchases only and must be made through www.geneclassicsg.com

Discounts & promo code were not used in the order.

Defected products received (e.g holes, missing parts, faulty stitching and discoloration, stains)

Wrong products received.

Wrong size received.

All approved exchange can only be done once.


Return/Exchange Time Frame
Should you require a return/exchange, the return/exchange has to be requested within 14 days from the time you receive your item. 
Kindly drop us a email at geneclassic.enquiry@gmail.com and state your order number during the request. 
Any return/exchange requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. 
Returns/exchanges are only accepted after we have attended to your email. 
The return address will be given to you after your exchange request has been approved.

 

Return/Exchange Criteria
To be eligible for returns/exchange, the item must be in its original conditions received (unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with tags intact).
We reserved all rights to not approve the return/exchange goods if item received back is as per mention above.


How to return
Return/Exchange fees via Courier will be $5 & it will be borne by the customer. 
If the item does not comply with the above conditions, we have the right to reject the return.
Processing time for exchanges/returns takes up to 7 business working days (excluding weekends and PH/Eves of PH) from the day the item has been received. 
In the event the item is out of stock, we will offer a change of items or a credit(valid for 2 months)

Sale/discounted items policy
Sale/discounted items and items purchased during promotional period (using promo codes) are strictly not valid for exchanges or returns. 


Incorrect/Defect Items 
We sincerely apologise if you have received an incorrect or defect item. 
In the case of a defect item, kindly drop us a whatsapp within 10 days and attached a photo of the defect clearly. 
Any exchange/return requested after the timeframe will not be accepted. 
Our customer service will attend to you within 1-2 working days.
